Lovely modern room with climate control and a living area for a fairly nice stay. Marvellous and good location to the Juan-les-Pins conference center and very quiet area. For tea or coffee visit So News Cafe Restaurant nearby.

The pool area was very clean. the location was excellent and unbeatable, just off the hill in a quiet residential area. - It's relatively close to Bistrot Terrasse, where we ate once or twice❤. Great spot for a family holiday! the pool was spotless, and the location was fantastic – nestled in a peaceful residential area just off the hill. Plus, being near Bistrot Terrasse made dining out convenient and fun❤.

Clean, quiet and close to the juan les pins train station, to the beach and to the centre of juan les pins (5minutes walk).
We stayed for 5 nights and noone entered the room to clean it, change sheets and towels etc. However it was very clean when we arrived.

We had a great stay there: the appartments are clean and tidy, everything you need in an appartment is in it: such as dishwasher, coffee-machine, hoover, even some bags for the bin, etc. We were there with our two little children and they loved it. We had a great view all the way to Nice. For that price it is a a really good Hotel.

Good location, nice views from our studio on 4th floor of Levandes. Reception staff helpful even though my french not great. Reasonable cooking facilities we eat in as a family most of the time. It was near beach and close to shops and supermarkets.
Initally swimming pool looked disappointing but by end of stay kids enjoyed it as they had it mostly to themselves. Pool is little exposed as right by road and people walk past and can see in. Lift not working but not a major issue even on 4th floor (we got our towels for free as compensation without any prompting). Didn't know needed to pay for towels, as would have sorted this when booked if could have done.

Where do I start? This hotel is disgusting, filthy and way over priced for such a dump. Staying there ruined our trip. The bathroom facilities were unhygienic and inadequate. The furniture covers were stained and dirty. The floor was filthy and sticky. The blankets were smelly and obviously not cleaned from previous usage. I could go on but thinking about it makes me angry and upset.

Good place to stay if you do not wish to spend a lot of money and have the option to look after yourself i.e. cooking facilities etc etc ideal for a cheap break away, or for budget travellers. Location residential but not far to walk to Antibes etc.
One of the members of staff was very rude (i am putting in a complaint) however everyone else who I met were very friendly and helpful

Its location was in a nice part of the town.
Old-fashioned, not particularly clean, quaint, noisy.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and clean rooms. The location is perfect, within walking distance to both Antibes and the beautiful beaches of Juan-les-Pins. The staff is attentive to detail, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms on the ground level are convenient, especially for those with young children, as they have a kitchen and a beautiful view.
All aspects of this hotel were up to par, nothing to improve.

I didn´t realize that you had to clean the whole appartment yourself, the cleaning equipment was broken. There were no toiletpaper in the room and the staff didn´t really care about our complaint. We ha also a water leak in our room and a weird smell, probably mould...

We had a great stay at Residence Pierre & Vacances in a lovely apartment with a balcony. The location was convenient, with both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins beaches within walking distance. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the air conditioning was a plus. The staff on-site were helpful and accommodating. Although there were a few minor issues, such as limited wifi and a lack of certain supplies, overall we had a positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its value and good location.

The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and kettle. the location was ideal, within walking distance to both the beach and local eateries. Parking on the street was readily available.
The room was small and cramped. the air conditioning was noisy and barely worked.
